It's now day ten of living in the quaint seaside village. Finally the majority
of boxes are unpacked, the embarrassing amount of dirty laundry that we
brought with us is all done, and now it's time to enjoy our new home! I've
been coming to this little town almost every summer (at my Nan's house)
since I was 12, so I know this place pretty well. Paul's only been here
once though so I get to experience this town through a newcomer's eyes
all over again. Over the weekend we took Kobe down by the boardwalk.
I'm still not used to the temperature change. It was plus 30 when I left
Ottawa and it's about 15 degrees cooler here (understandably so, I live
next to the Atlantic Ocean). I've been putting my wool garments at the
front of my closet - that and everything nautical!
Outfit:
Le Chateau // Wool Dress
DIY // Necklace
Thrifted // Belt
Thrifted // Skirt
Thrifted // Flats
love the nautical look! GOrgeous as usual

Glad to hear that your unpacking is going well! I feel like with unpacking, it either goes really fast or really slow... either it takes you a couple of sweaty, hardworking days to get it all done, or like a month or putting a few things away a day. XD
ReplyDeleteAaah, the red is gorgeous on you! And your pretty red lips are a nice touch, too. Such a lovely location for pictures as well. Have a wonderful start to your week, my friend!

Oh how lovely! I love the theme of red and white throughout your post :) That sweater has such a nice back detail, and holy mama you have gorgeous hair! That close up shot is fantastic. Glad you're getting settled in, that can sometimes take a while.
